The vast majority of orders ship within 24 hours, with many shipping same day. If we are unable to ship your order timely, you will be contacted during that period with an expected ship date. If you need your order ASAP, please select UPS Next day or UPS 2nd day service. PipingNow.com is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments, but we will assist with claims against the carriers.
UPS is our RECOMMENDED carrier. USPS is available and sometimes is less expensive, but their service has proven to be unreliable with regard to on-time delivery and damages.
We do ship product from multiple stocking locations across the country based upon availability and expected transit times to the final destination. Our primary shipping location is from zip code 70001 (Metairie, Louisiana). Below is the UPS Ground transit map.
Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all orders over $250.00 Free ground shipping policy is valid for US destinations (except Alaska & Hawaii). PipingNow.com reserves the exclusive right to select the shipping method for all Free Shipping orders. Free shipping does not apply to any product that does not meet UPS parcel requirements - ex. Pipe & Tube lengths beyond 96".
Free shipping also does not cover Lift Gate Service, Inside Delivery, or parcel in lieu of LTL for larger shipments.
Tracking information is updated within 24 hours after the order is shipped and can be viewed from your Order History under My Account. To check the status of the package, simply click on the tracking # and you will be routed to the carrier's website with shipping information page.
The tracking information provided by the USPS is often delayed and incomplete. Please do not judge us based upon the service they provide.
Tracking #s are created when the shipments are packed and tracking will not be available until after the carrier process it in their network.
All items must be in new condition and unused. Returns for refund must be within 30 days of order being shipped to you.
Returns should be initiated through "Your Account" online. If you are having issues, contact our customer service department. All return shipments must be tagged with the RMA # provided.
All packing and return freight are the responsibility of the buyer. After receiving and inspection a credit will be issued as agreed upon (less shipping).
We do not credit return shipping costs unless there has been a shipping error or a defective product was received. Improper use or installation does not constitute a defective product.
Orders for cut-to-length pipe, custom, special or non-stocking products are non-returnable unless found defective.
